MicroCal PEAQ-ITC

The MicroCal PEAQ-ITC is an isothermal titration calorimeter with outstanding sensitivity for label-free study of biomolecular interactions in small volumes.
Isothermal titration calorimetry as a method is based on the direct measurement of the heat released or absorbed during biomolecular binding events, from which the binding affinity (KD), stoichiometry (n), enthalpy (ΔH) and entropy (ΔS) are obtained.

Infos / Datasheet

The MicroCal PEAQ-ITC delivers direct determination of all binding parameters and thermodynamic parameters in a single experiment. With minimal sample preparation and system optimization, data is generated quickly and easily. The wide affinity range enables analysis of weak to high affinity binders, with excellent reproducibility.
It is easy to handle, help videos in the software guide the operator and the semi-automated measurement set-up and cleaning procedures minimize outside intervention.

MicroCal ITC is an essential tool for any research laboratory studying biomolecular interactions where high sensitivity and fast results are paramount.

To meet the needs of today’s life science laboratories a wide range of applications can be investigated with MicroCal PEAQ-ITC, including characterization of molecular interactions of small molecules, proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, lipids and other biomolecules. It can also be used to measure enzyme kinetics.

The system is upgradable to the fully automated MicroCal PEAQ-ITC Automated
