Vibration Sensors

Vibration sensors for measuring the vibration velocity. The evaluation units are microprocessor-controlled and therefore freely configurable. The measured values of the vibration sensors are shown on the LCD display. Limit values and delay times can be set for the sensor signals, vibration velocity and temperature. The evaluation unit has relay contacts.

HE050

Vibration monitoring unit type HE050 is a sensor that measures the vibration speed, vibration acceleration and temperature and can be used for purposes such as monitoring the absolute bearing vibrations of machinery in line with DIN ISO 10816.

HE055

Vibration monitoring unit type HE055 is a sensor that measures the vibration speed, vibration acceleration and the temperature with crest value development and can be used for purposes such as monitoring the absolute bearing vibrations of machinery in line with DIN ISO 10816.

HE100

The HE100-type vibration monitoring unit is used to measure and monitor absolute bearing vibrations in machines in line with DIN ISO 10816.

  • Operating principle: The two-wire system.
  • Measurement parameter: The effective value (rms) of the vibration speed in mm/s, in accordance with DIN ISO 2954.
  • Analogue current output: Interference-free DC signal from 4-20 mA, proportional to the measuring range of the monitoring unit.
  • A break on the monitoring cable can be detected by the subsequent evaluation device: DC signal value < 3.5 mA

HE102

The HE102-type vibration monitoring unit is used for measuring and monitoring vibrations on machines.

HE103

The HE103-type vibration monitoring unit is used to measure and monitor absolute bearing vibrations in machines in line with DIN ISO 10816.

  • Operating principle: The two-wire system.
  • Measurement parameter: The effective value (rms) of the vibration speed in mm/s, in accordance with DIN ISO 2954.
  • The rms averaging time is 60 s.
  • Analogue current output: Interference-free DC signal from 4-20 mA, proportional to the measuring range of the monitoring unit.
  • A break on the monitoring cable can be detected by the subsequent evaluation device: DC signal value < 3.5 mA.

HE200

The HE200 type vibration monitoring unit is used to measure and monitor absolute bearing vbrations in machines in line with DIN ISO 10816.

  • Two limit values and associated delay timings can be adjusted separately.
  • The two potential-free unidirectional semiconductor switches will signal any exceeding of the relevant defined limit values. This can be used to generate a pre-alarm and a main alarm.
  • Measurement parameter: The rms value of the vibration velocity ( mm/s) or The rms value of the vibration acceleration (g).
  • Analogue current output: Interference-free DC signal from 4-20 mA, proportional to the measuring range of the monitoring unit.

HE205

The HE205 type vibration monitoring unit is used to measure and monitor the vibration acceleration of machinery.

  • Two limit values and associated delay timings can be adjusted separately.
  • The two potential-free unidirectional semiconductor switches will signal any exceeding of the relevant defined limit values. This can be used to generate an alarm.
  • Measurement parameter: vibration acceleration (g rms).
  • Analogue current output: Interference-free DC signal from 4-20 mA, proportional to the measuring range of the monitoring unit.
  • A break on the monitoring cable can be detected by the subsequent evaluation device: DC signal value < 3.5 mA
